Self Agitating Flour Sifter

I designed a sifter that easily scoops flour then sift it by knocking into it own body. A two part system with outer shell, meant for aiding agitating flour, and inner cup, that has a metal mesh bottom to aerate. Through the handles, the main cup sits within the outer shell, allowing room to twist with in one another.
